HEALTH & WELLNESS
Healthy skin starts from within.
Your skin is part of a much bigger picture.
At Medology, we look beyond the surface to understand the factors that may be influencing how your skin looks, feels and behaves — from lifestyle and nutrition to gut health and individual biology.
A more considered approach to skin health, from the inside out.

There is no standard protocol.
Your journey begins with understanding you — your skin, lifestyle, history, goals and individual concerns.
From there, your pathway may involve advanced skin analysis, targeted testing, regenerative treatments, nutritional considerations, home care or a combination of approaches.
Everything is considered in relation to your individual needs.
Because personalised care should actually be personal
-
No.
You don't need to have a diagnosis or a major skin problem to come to Medology.
You might simply feel that your skin has lost its brightness, resilience or balance, or you may want to be more proactive about maintaining its health as you age.
Medology is designed for women who want to understand their skin more deeply and take a more considered approach to its long-term health.
-
Not necessarily.
Testing is not automatically part of every Medology consultation.
We only want to look deeper when there is a reason to do so and when the information could meaningfully contribute to your personalised pathway.
Your consultation helps establish what is relevant to you — rather than testing for the sake of testing.

Ageing is a natural biological process, but the way it appears in the skin is influenced by more than time alone.
Collagen production, environmental exposure, lifestyle, nutrition and individual biology can all play a role in skin quality over time.
Medology's approach focuses on supporting the skin's natural regenerative processes and improving skin quality, texture, firmness and resilience.
The goal isn't to stop you ageing.
It's to help your skin age well.

Nutrition provides the building blocks your body needs to maintain and repair tissues, including the skin.
However, there isn't one universal “skin diet”.
Your nutritional needs are individual, which is why Medology considers your wider history, lifestyle and concerns rather than simply giving everyone the same list of foods or supplements.
Where appropriate, nutritional considerations can form part of your wider skin health pathway.
